[Apple iPod] Transferring iPod games to another owner.

Hi list. I'm hoping you can help me.

I'm up to iPhone 2.0 now so have access to all the time wasting games
I could possibly need!

My girlfriend has a 5th gen iPod capable of playing games. I would
like to give her the 5 games I own and then deauthorise/delete them
from my iTunes.

Is this allowed and possible?

If so how is it done? I know where the .ipg files are.

(ps, don't tell Apple, but I might still have a sneaky go at Sonic on
