[Apple iPod] Syncing Libraries

I have a macbook with a small hard drive and a pc desktop. They both
access my music which is stored on a NAS. My question is, which I know
has been asked a thousand times, is how do I get the libraries to be the
same. If I add a song to the macbook library, how do I get the desktop
library to add the same song without having to go and do a manual add.
I tried to find the answer online, but everything is so confusing,
nothing talks about using a NAS, they seem to be talking about making
the music libraries the same on multiple computers. I don't want to
duplicate the music folder across computers, just the itunes library.
Understand? Is this something that Chronosync or Supersync can do? any
suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
