[Apple iPod] iTunes Backup to CD Question

I have an 8GB iTouch with the January Update .. and am using the
current version of iTunes and QuickTime on my Windows Vista PC

I was able to do my first iTunes Music Library Backup to CD
successfully, using a blank CD disk in my PC.

I am using Memorex Music CD-R, 700MB, 80 minute, 40x MultiSpeed CD disks

However, after Syncing a few more albums to my iTouch, I wanted to
Backup again to include them.. Here is the problem ...

When I started the iTunes Backup to Disc from my PC for my 2nd attempt
at a Backup of my music library, I get an error message saying I am
not using a blank disk, the CD ejecys from the PC, and I cannot
backup my music library to disc.

Must I use a new, blank CD disk for EVERY Backup to Disk?

Is there no way I can just "add on" to the Backup CD Disk I already
have successfully made?

After the 1st successful Backup to Disk, I am choosing the option to
backup ONLY music added after the 1st backup.
