[Apple iPod] Transferring songs from older IPod to new one

I just purchased an 8 gb Nano Gen. 3 to replace a 2 gb Nano Gen. 2 that
is full. What I want to do is transfer all the songs from the older one
to the newer one. Is there an easy way to do this and is it even
possible?
