haven't tried it with NAS).
Enable sharing in iTunes in one computer. Update only that iTunes with new
music, etc.
In the iTunes on the other computer, enable the option to Search for Shared
Libraries (from memory; the wording might be different but it's obvious).
The iTunes from the first computer will appear in the left column. Select
that. Play your music from it.
This is sharing *one* library and keeping 2 in step becomes a non-issue.
