[Apple iPod] Convert RAM/RA to MP3 on Mac

Hi all,

I just switched from PC to an iMac. On my PC, I was able to use
WavePad to download Real Player files and then save them as an MP3 for
my iPod. They have a Mac version, but it won't handle the Real Player
files. Same thing with the same company's Mac version of Switch.
Does anyone know of a simple yet effective (and free would be a bonus)
program for the Mac to convert Real Player to mp3?
