[Apple iPod] call centers

No big surprise about being answered in some place out side your
state or the USA.
Adobe has their call center in India.
Amazon used to have a call center in Tacoma WA (60 miles south of
Seattle. Then they figured out wages were less in Virginia ( or
some place back there) and opened a call center. they took
trainers & leads from Tacoma that they were paying $12 <> $15 an
hour and sent them to Virginia the same people would be paid $ 4 <>
$5 an hour less. At least Amazon paid the tacoma people their
tacoma wage.
Oh the final episode. They got a better offer from India.
It's all about profit.
