[Apple iPod] Using another PC temporarily ?

My son's PC, the one with his Itunes, is in for repair. He wants to
add some songs to his Ipod using another computer in the house. That
other computer has another Itunes account and Ipod registered to it.
How can we connect his Ipod to the other PC without having it zap his
hundreds of valued songs . ?
