RE: [Apple iPod] Ipod touch digitizer

I don't think that's the meaning of the term Barb was using. "Digitizer" in touchscreen parlance means the mechanism whereby touch is converted to a digital signal. IE, the actual touchscreen functionality. Barb is saying there seems to be something messed up with hers...

Usually it's "co' part of codec plus its associated
hardware to take analog (such as audio input) and
make things like MP3's from it. But I didn't think
the iPod line in recent generations had those (not
internally anyway), thought it'd take a iPhone for
that. But anyway....
