Re: [Apple iPod] Re:Lost iTunes Files

Hi,

Copying back from iPod to Laptop/iTunes if using iTunes is imposible (can't do). U have to install additional software (license) to restore from iPod to Laptop. I have read several times ago on internet. But I haven't tried yet. But anyway, U have posibility if U install that program. Sorry 'm forgot the program name.

For UnInstall iTunes is posible and U can do it. if U used windows O/S just go to control panel and select icon for "Add and remove program" and u can select after windows pop-up is comming for iTunes and U can uninstalled it. And U can installed it again if U have source of iTunes. But for the file that U said corrupted 'm not soure U can recover it. Anyway.. try to uninstall and installed it again iTunes.

Thanks,

Hi,

I'm afraid that I appear to have done something stupid, all of the files I
had in my iTunes ( v 7 ) seem to be either corrupt ( " original file could not
be found " ) or missing altogether. I really don't know what I've done but
I'm really annoyed with myself especially as I've had some great help
previously from people in this group when I was setting everything up!

Fortunately I have everything on my iPod ( 160 gb ) - music 2016 files -
14.87gb

movies 1610 files - 16.12gb

Is there any "easy" way that I can refresh my iTunes by transferring
everything back to my Laptop from my iPod?

Is it possible to uninstall iTunes and start again with the "good" files I
have on the iPod?

I would really appreciate any help, keep it "simple" please!

many thanks,
Brian ( UK )
