[Apple iPod] Shortcut keys for delete from iTunes?

Hello,

I subscrie to too many podcasts and was wondering how to delete more
easily rather than go through each, click delete, delete ok, move on
to next.

Is there a way to highlight (click on) many past things and delete all
at once both from the iPod and Itunes?
