You seem to indicate you use Quartz composer, then again, you say "within Keynote".

Assuming you need to install the dev tools, why has the Keynote team not tapped into the functions of Quatrz Composer and deliver some of these functions within Keynote.

Like a massive blur and perspective resize (with reflection). I do have the dev tools and when I open QC, it's all un-intuitive greek to me. I think you need a book. Clicked around and in 30 seconds got it to freeze and only give me bonks.

I guess it's a matter of time, but I would not have thought it that big of a programming challenge to get the features into Keynote, since it is all there in another app.
But then, I'm no programmer so I don't know.
