the top one and then hold down the shift key and then click on the
bottom one (while still holding the shift key) once you have them all
selected you can right click in windows or control click in mac and
delete the entire list that way. My iPod automatically syncs, and once
I have deleted them from iTunes, they fall off the iPod.
