you want to delete by holding down command and clicking on them. On a
pc, I believe it's hold down ctrl and highlight, then delete.
Deleting is done by pressing the delete key once you have them
highlighted. To delete a whole 'show' of podcasts, highlight the
first line....the title of the show, and delete that. All of the
podcasts associated with it will be deleted.
I'm not quite sure how you selectively delete podcasts from the iPod,
however, a software restore will delete everything on the iPod, (at
least it should), and then you can sync again manually if you like.
