[applekeynote] Flowed text in Keynote

I just uploaded another tutorial presentation to the Files area. It goes along with a tip I
posted awhile back.

I needed a pointer, so I created one using shapes. The inner and outer shapes are grouped,
but are separate shapes. So, you can use them together in the classic way, or separate them,
change colors, etc.
