There is a lot of information on the topic. Easily accessed.

What would your friend say if you said "Wow, I just saw a great presentation".
Would they quiz you on it and show interest or move on?

Maybe they think they are doing just fine and they don't need any help, thank you very much.

Suggest to the your friend they should hand out a feedback sheet to their audience.
If they ask why, you can say it's a good way to improve one's presentation.

Of course, it makes my KN presentations look so much better, but I want to help my friend.
