[applekeynote] Presenter screen hangs

Greetings

I've just returned home after giving a presentation. During the
presentation the presenter's view stopped working. The clocks were
stopped and the slides didn't change.

The actual slides were OK on the external display so I could keep
going and the audience was none the wiser.

Is this common?

I'm running KeyNote 4.0.2 on Leopard 10.5.2 with all updates applied
on a MacBook Air with the VGA adapter. I wasn't using a remote control
or anything fancy. Just the Air and Keynote. No other applications
were running. The presentation was very simple with no video. Just
text and images with some transitions and builds.

Thanks
