[applekeynote] Re: Slide numbers

I've noticed problems with slide numbering as well, and I think it's
always when the number is a part of the background (master slide). I
generally add them manually to every page where I want them, under
Keynote 2.

Imported Powerpoint slideshows lose their automatic numbering as well,
in my experience. It's no biggie, but it's an unusual feature in an
otherwise excellent tool.
