There is a PPT for Windows add-in available from Opazity (www.opazity.com) which one can use to get many of the blur effects that Les used.  The effect remained intact when the PPT file was imported into KN4.  This program makes one less dependent on an outside photo editor such as Photoshop.

BTW, if anyone has the Developer Tools installed so that Quartz Composer is on your HD,
you can use it to create perspective images with a nice perspective reflection as well! I
