[Apple iPod] Converting from cassettes

I am getting ready to re-rip all my old music that is on cassettes
(the first time I did it, I used a mono cord instead of a stereo.) The
first time I did it, it was on a windows machine with several
different softwares (I finally found one I liked, and then lost the
name of it when the computer crashed.) I need to find software I can
use on my Mac, I prefer something that can determine the different
tracks on the tape without me doing the work, but any help would be
useful!
