[Apple iPod] transferring mac formatted ipod to windows itunes??

Hi - my friend just bought my 30gb ipod and likes all the music on it.
I want her to be able to add/erase music on her windows computer. The
ipod was formatted on a mac. I bought a new ipod and macbook and was
able to use senuti to get all my music onto my new mac computer but
senuti doesn't work for windows.

are there any programs that anyone can recommend that I can upload the
contents of my mac ipod onto her windows itunes so it can be then
formatted to her computer?
