an iMac Intel, 2 G Ram, and plenty of space on the HD.
I'm trying to transfer a series of lectures, four tracks to a disk,
three disks, into iTunes. I put each CD into the iMac, and then watch
it rip into iTunes. After a time, all four tracks are there and
visible on the screen with the transfer complete. I've renamed
them. I have set up 1 playlist per disk. Then, when I select all
the tracks and try to move them to the playlist, the first time I
tried it the task just did not work. The tracks would not transfer
into the playlist.
Next, I tried to spotlight and find the four tracks in iTunes, but
only 2 or 3 will show up in the result. The rest have just plain
disappeared. This has happened three times now, necessitating
another transfer of the individual tracks that are lost.
Does anyone have any idea what's going on?
Appreciate the help.
