again and suddenly, I could delete songs. Then, I went through the
library of about 825 songs and found about 14 "strange" ones by
various artists. Some were hip-hop, jazz and several Spanish. How do
I know that the download came from iTunes?? When I clicked on the
Aliens song, the iTunes store came up showing the album and the
songs. I was a promotional type ad for the album and it appeared to
be the iTunes store. I don't have an account with the iTunes store.
I've never purchased songs from any location. No one else has access
to my computer, except my husband and he's as shocked as I am.
What next? Is there a phone # that I can call for the iTunes store to
see what is happening?
Thanks for everyone's advice.

Wait till you see your credit card. If your iTunes downloading music
from the iTunes store then someone with access to your PC or account
is purchasing music without your permission. David Sawyer

Automatically??? I added some songs to my iPod today from a CD and
much to my amazement, as we were listening to our music, a very weird
song played by the "Zombies and Aliens" group. Not my kind of music.
I checked the computer library and clickedc on it and found that it
was automatically added by the iTunes store. Then, several songs
later, another weird song played. I tried to delete them and the
computer library will not delete them. How does one stop this
practice and how can I get them out of the library? It looks like I
will have to manually check my entire library of 825 songs. But, if
I can't delete them???? I'm very particular about the type of music I
add to my iPod and I'm really upset about this. Thanks for any advice
you have. Carol in Arizona >>>>>
