[Apple iPod] Re: Shut Down Failure

This happened to me last week. After an hour or
so with Costco's concierge service, we determined that the
docking station caused this (apparently not unusual) and had
to do a complete restore. Since I purchased the 30g
before Costco changed their return policy, I was allowed to
return it and upgraded to an I Touch. I have a friend
who has had similar problems with her docking station
causing the ipod to either not turn on or to not turn off.
