as my new computer. I have been able to mover almost all the files on
the PC to my home network storage device. The iTunes folder, files,
library and music have been a challenge. When I moved the iTunes
folder off the storage device and onto the iMac desktop, itunes
displayed 788 titles and no playlist. The PC iTunes displayed 6235
and 32 playlist and the iPod 3855 and 31 playlist and titles
respectfully. By the way, there was nothing in the purchased listing
on the Mac iTunes. I called Apple support and they told me I had to
reload all of my songs individually onto the iMac and recreate the
playlist (technician told me he did not know what a playlist was!) I
downloaded iPod Viewer - 3.0.1 (thanks to this group) and that did not
work. The iPod Viewer saw the 3855 titles on the iPod and the
playlist. But the iTunes program did not receive them, what did I not
do? The playlist only show titles from the 788 titles that originally
were on the iMac iTunes. Any thoughts and ideas would be appreciated.
