[Apple iPod] nano lock-up (I have done a reset)

Hi,

My nano locked up last week. I have tried a reset:
1. Toggle hold switch on.
2. Toggle hold switch off.
3. Hold down the menu and middle button for a few seconds.
4. You might need to repeat.

Yet, this does not fix my problem. Any other solutions? Any help would
be very appreciated.
