[Apple iPod] MP3?

I am looking at purchasing a new car. It has a MP3 hookup in it but nothing
for my Ipod. Is there something I can get to make my Ipod work in this new
car? Perhaps some sort of cord that will plug into my Ipod and the other
end into the MP3 hole? If there is, what is it called?

(I told my husband I wouldn't buy the car if my Ipod wouldn't work in it)
