[Apple iPod] Ipod stucked-Help!

Hello,

I´ve got last christmas an ipod classic 80G and now i can´t get it to
reset (i´ve really tried everything!!). It´s stuck on the Apple logo
screen and the computer/itunes also doesn´t recognise the device!

Can somebody help, please!!!
