Re: [Apple iPod] I hate my Nano

Hello Steve,

i faced a similar problem when i first tried to load songs on to my iPod-the dumb device works only with iTunes and that too with an OS which is XP/Vista. I had win2K on my comp...so i had to upgrade it to XP, download iTunes (mine didnt come with a CD!) and then wait for my computer to somehow recognise it.

moreover, it never syncs with my laptop (but gladly does so with my desktop)- its a device which was perhaps never made to work with woidows without any great hassles. But guess what-after struggling with this dinky little irritant for 6 months-i finally made it work......and now i too love it!

try installing iTunes, am sure you'll find the efforts worth it (though like me, you may swear not to touch another apple product ever again).

Ciao
Rajat
