[Apple iPod] File not found

Hello,

I just put my library (itunes folder and all its contents) on a new
laptop and now I've noticed there are quite a few songs with a "!" next
to it. When I click on it, it says....THE SONG COULD NOT BE USED
BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL FILE WAS NOT FOUND - WOULD YOU LIKE TO LOCATE IT?

I clicked yes, went to the itunes folder, clicked on it to open, and
nothing.....

What do I do now?? PRETTY PLEASE HELP!!
