1. Make sure you have iTunes installed.
2. Unhook your USB cable and plug it into another USB port.
3. Properly shut down your Windows pc and re-boot.
4. Reset your iPod ( Hold down your MENU and Center buton at the same
time until the Apple Logo appears)
