Hi Tim,
It is not my music in iTunes. I have no problem with the music folder and playing the music in iTunes. I also have no problem playing the music on my iPod. The problem is when I hook my iPod up to iTunes and click on the music folder of my iPod all the songs are grayed out on my computer screen. I cannot drag songs over from iTunes and cannot click on them to play them - no exclamation points.
