Plug that in to the new computer, open itunes, and drag the itunes folder into itunes.
My only problem was that when I plugged my ipod in to the new computer, it treated it like a new library and I didn't get my playlists across in the transfer.
Good luck....hope that helps.

any easy way that I can get the iTunes library onto the new computer?
Thanks to anybody who can help me here because I spent so many hours
burning lots of CD's to iTunes.
