[Apple iPod] Transfering files from Nano to iTouch

My sister in law got my brother an iTouch for Christmas. He has tons of
music on his Nano and wants to know if it's possible to and how to transfer
the files from his Nano to his new iTouch. Does anyone have step by step
directions or know of a site where I an find these for him??
