Amazon seems the best bet whether here or there.

www.xe.com tells me that $77 is about £37 so the US price is
definitely lower but you need to factor in the shipping cost. What's
an APO address?

I don't recall where £ is on the US keyboard but I'd try opt $. To get
round the problem of currency symbols there are agreed plain-text
abbreviations,
$ USD
£ GBP
€ EUR
