I'd suggest continue running it until it goes dead and measure
the amount of time that takes. I speculate that the unit hasn't a
clue as to the battery's condition and it may really be 90%
"full". Actually, a "clue" is about all it has. Spec is that it'll
run for 40 hours, not how good the battery indicator is.
My automobile still has gasoline even when the indicator is
BELOW empty! And that's much easier to measure.
