[Apple iPod] Artwork

Hi all!

Now that I have my wonderfull Nano, I have two questions to ask for
your help:
-how can I get the artwok images to display, my musics are copied from
DVD's and I don't get any image
-if I want to put another image instead of the album work related with
that album, is there a way to convert a jpeg and make it appear? is
there any software needed? just to copy a jpeg image somewhere on
iTunes? where?
