Simple.

Build your presentation in Keynote.

When you're happy with it, click on View—>Show Media Browser, and in
the floating palette that appears, click on the Audio tab. You should
then see both your Garage Band and iTunes folders, and can browse
through or search them as you wish. The big blue right-pointing Play
button in the bottom left-hand corner lets you listen to the track
you've selected.

You can either leave it at that, so that the tune will play throughout
your slide show, or drag the track name onto your slide, where it will
leave a speaker icon which, when clicked on, will start the tune
playing.
