You say that iTunes does not have any music. So I am assuming that you
copied all your music files from your old PC to your new one (F:\iTunes)
So when you say that, I suspect that you open iTunes expecting to see your
10K songs in your library but in-fact you see nothing in the library.
I am also assuming that you did a normal install of iTunes and I would
suspect/assume that you installed iTunes on your F drive.
So with that said. Did you copy the files 'iTunes Library.itl' and 'iPod
Games Library.itl' (option and only found if you have games) and the 'iTunes
Music Library.xml' from your old PC to your new one?
If not, did you tell iTunes to search your drive for music?
The itl files contain the database information for your iTunes library and
games. If you did not copy those files then try closing iTunes, copy the
files from your old PC to your new one, by default they are in the
C:\Documents and Settings\{user}\My Documents\My Music\iTunes
Then open iTunes and see if your library shows up.
