Hi, I'm not a windows user (macosx) so I can't answer your question
directly but there is an FAQ at the bottom of each message here that
may be able to help. I know there are a few apps on the pc side that
can be used to rescue the files off of an ipod. Also I think this was
discussed here not too long ago. Maybe searching the archives will
turn that up.
