[applekeynote] those pesky text boxes

I'm putting together a travel show, and I want most of my slides to be
just photos. Every time I ask for a new slide, it has two text boxes
-- I want it just blank. What am I missing, that I can't figure out
how to ditch the text boxes, other than delete each one as they come up?

A couple of other minor things: I'm including a Quick-Time movie in
my show. I tried to get the controls to show, so that I could start
it after I open the slide that it's on, but I can't do it; the movie
starts automatically when the slide opens.

Also, I'm using presenter notes. They work fine; don't show on the
projected picture, but do show on my monitor. But when I play the
show, the notes on my monitor lose their scroll bar, and I can't get
to the bottom part of them. Any suggestions (other than talking less)?

Thanks, gang --
