[Apple iPod] DAB on the continent question.

I am going to be driving across northern Europe. Holland, France,
Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Norway. If I get a DAB Radio attachment
for my iPod to play through the car's sound system, will I be able to
pick up BBC World Service in those counties does anyone know? This
station is a feature on DAB in the UK, but is this the same in those
countries?
