[Apple iPod] What's the "CLEAN" box in podcasts list?

Search in iTunes Help did not find anything describing the box with the word "CLEAN" after
the podcast name in my list of podcasts. It's not in either of the two books I've got on iTunes
either. What IS that? Is it new?
