[Apple iPod] iPod and Windows Explorer

Hi everyone,

I just joined because I just got an iPod to download podcasts. I
don't want the new
downloads to erase the previous ones, and can't figure out how to
copy the files
over to my backup HD. Thanks to Fred, I finally know how to get the device to
show up in My Computer. :-) But I don't see the downloads
there. Plus iTunes'
only backup options are DVD/CD.

I went thru the FAQ, but didn't see the help I need. If someone knows where to
look, or can help, I'd very much appreciate it.
