[Apple iPod] iPhone

Does anyone have an iPhone? My old PDA is on it's last legs and I would
really like only one device to mess with but I don't know what I should
buy. Whatever it is I will wait till x-mas to actually do the device.
I was thinking about the Smartphone Palm 700 something because I
already have all my contacts, dates, and notes, etc. in my Palm.

Yet if I buy an iPhone I can transfer all my downloads to it. Here is a
problem. My iPod has 80g yet the iPhone only has (per my local Apple
store) six g or eight g. What can I transer to the new device? I'm
frustrated and don't know what to do.

iPod has limited space. A new Palm PDA won't let me add my music, TV
shoes, and movies. Any opinions, suggestions, anything would really
help.
