Etymotic ER6i's have been working great for me for the last couple of
years. They have different size tips available so the fit can be
somewhat customized. If you're comfortable with things stuck in your
ears, they'll work very well. They are what's called passive noise
canceling. Because they act as earplugs, you can keep your iPod turned
down lower (good for your hearing) and still hear your music.
