[Apple iPod] podcasts

the other day I played around with itunes and found lots of pod casts
that were interesting and subscribed to them. Now I opened itunes and
can't see any thing there any more. As you can guess I am not very good
with itunes, lol, can someone tell me how this works ? and what I need
to do to see them ?
