[Apple iPod] Moving iTunes library from one external drive to another

I recently attempted to move my iTunes library from one external drive to a bigger one but,
for some reason, the consolidate quit after only half the files were transferred. I followed the
steps in this Apple doc

I've reset preferences to point to the library's original drive until I can figure out why the
transfer didn't finish. But when I look at my files in iTunes many of the files are marked with
an exclamation. I'm not sure but they look like the files I have on my iPod.

Can someone please tell me what I need to do to get my library in sync. And maybe why the
transfer didn't complete.

If it matters, I have a 5G iMac, Mac OS X 10.5.2. Thanks for any help.
