Hello Les - dont know if these are of interest.
I use Keynote extensively for photographic-based presentations, and
have included a few samples from recent work.
You'll need sound enabled, but unfortunately some of the sound in the
woodland sequence has been lost - but you'll get the idea! (Sound
should repeat on each tree fall).
I've found the graphic flexibility and creativity of Keynote
fantastic for explaining relatively complex techniques - the use of
graduated filters for photographers is a good example of this, and the
lighting effect from sun at different times.
I just did the Tooth and Claw shotgun slide yesterday for a colleague
working on a complex project to do with environmental issues. I felt
this would really GRAB the audience!
