Re: [applekeynote] Quick help question

Simpler, but less dramatic, is to copy the entire slide. Make multiple slides, changing the colors of the words as you go. I've done that often and it is effective.

Corey - Duplicate the word, in the desired font. Paste in a new text box over the top of the existing word, having changed the text colour of the new word. Align them exactly. Then make the new word a Build In (best as a DISSOLVE, lasting .5 sec), triggered by a Click, and when you speak and hit the go button it will fade in over the 'old' text effectively changing colour. Easy!

Ok I know that this is probably real easy and I am just over thinking the problem. What I want
to do is have a quote on a slide and as I read the slide I want certain words to change colors
as I read them........... I want to use it to emphasis those words. I have seen several people do
it but I cant get it to work right. I think that Les Posen did it on one of his MacWorld slides as
well.
I am super tired here (I am in Tinian just off the coast of Saipan, working and going on about
.......... heck with the loss of a day and everything I dont know HOW many hours with out real
sleep!)
Anyhow thanks in advance.

Corey.
